About Melissa Salinas

Rooted in a lifelong passion for art, culture, and the beauty of the American Southwest, I made New Mexico my home. With a background in art and marketing, my career has included designing children’s fashion for Neiman Marcus, collaborating with Walt Disney Studio artists, and creating music book covers for Time Warner—experiences that refined my eye for design, detail, and presentation.

That same creative sensibility defines my approach to real estate. I believe every home has a story and a purpose, and my goal is to connect clients with properties that reflect their vision and lifestyle.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy afternoon walks with my two senior hound terriers and a lively white poodle, practicing cello, and learning Italian as I plan for a future part-time residence in Italy. Mornings often begin with a bit of market strategy—trading iron condors—and assisting my partner with our rental fleet. Life at home is shared with three entertaining cats and a small flock of chickens, a perfect balance of rhythm, creativity, and calm that mirrors the lifestyle I love to help my clients find.
